Completion
Think of us as the one-person orchestra of landscaping: every service we offer—including heavy dirt work, paver patios, and structural retaining walls—is physically managed and executed by the owner from day one to the last nail (or paver) laid. No rotating subcontracted crews, no absent project managers—just the owner on-site, operating the heavy equipment, fussing like a perfectionist, and seeing the whole thing through until the job is entirely complete.
Included: Initial Consultation, Brainstorming Session, Collaborative Planning, Customized Deliverables, Multiple Feedback Rounds, Actionable Recommendations, and Post-Project Support—because we don’t disappear when the last wheelbarrow is emptied.
Warranty
Patio pavers installed by Lakes Innovative Landscaping are covered by a warranty of up to 5 years, and structural retaining walls carry a warranty of 7 to 10 years depending on project specifics; please note that for any installations located within the first 50 feet of a lake shoreline zone these warranty periods are reduced by half due to natural water movement and increased exposure.
Rip-rap installations are expressly excluded from any warranty because unpredictable environmental forces
— including ice heaves, wave action, and other acts of God
— can compromise performance; all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions and do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or extraordinary natural events.
